In addition: Household/Social Model of Care Each Household has its own dining room, living room, kitchen, bathing area, and other private sitting spaces Elders sleep as late as they wish Breakfast,whenever the Elder rises, prepared especially for them. Extensive "Always Available" Menu Options. Meals served restaurant style. Activities decided by the Elder, including community outings. Medication given at Elders convenience. Bathing at Elders preferred times and days. Animals and Head Start children are a part of daily life. Staff trained in diverse skills to assist Elders.
